We’re committed to your satisfaction—every sip should celebrate grace. No returns on coffee (health/safety reasons), but we’ll make it right with hassle-free replacements.

- Wrong item, address, or order error? We'll rush a free replacement if it's our mistake (e.g., wrong grind). For customer errors, replacement at cost + any applicable shipping costs.
- Damaged, lost, or carrier issues? Free coffee replacement (up to $25 value). We'll expedite as much as we can and provide tracking if applicable.
- Unsatisfied for any reason? Let us know—we'll replace or refund at our discretion to keep your faith in us brewing.
